In the past, the canopy room was reserved for distinguished guests of the Marquise, it is decorated with Louis XV style fabrics from the Charles Burger’s house and its windows overlook the French garden. Both large and intimate, it is equipped with a large comfortable bed surmounted by a canopy, and furnished with very nice furniture of Louis XVI period. The former “maid’s room” located halfway up the floor and adjacent to the room is now a charming little room enjoying one of the prettiest views of the French garden. It is accessed by a private staircase and hidden between the bathroom and the master bedroom.

The bathroom has a large lion-foot bath and a more modern shower, a beautiful old washbasin with views of the French garden and separate toilets.

The Baldaquin room can also be rented in suite for 5 people with the dovecote room which has two single beds and its own private bathroom with sink shower and toilet.
