This cottage, as its name suggests, is located near the old bakery where the castle’s bread oven is still in working order. It is ideal for a family stay in a historical and family setting. In summer, the courtyard of the pigeon house allows you to dine under the stars.

On the ground floor:

A living room – dining room with a recent sofa bed for two people in the living room.
A fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, microwave.
A bathroom with shower, washbasin and washing machine.
Toilets.

On the first floor:

1 double bedroom
1 twin room

Outside:

Private courtyard, Garden, garden furniture, barbecue, park of 47 hectares, tennis and swimming pool, table tennis, swings ;
The swimming pool and tennis court are open from 9am to 7pm. The swimming pool is only open in summer and is not heated. Tennis users must wear suitable footwear. Tennis rackets and balls are not provided.
This area is shared with the occupants of the castle’s gîtes and guest rooms. The pool and tennis courts have been set up so that each tenant can enjoy the space in complete privacy. A “shared” time slot from 5pm to 7pm also allows those who wish to do so to enjoy it for longer.
The park is accessible until 9 p.m. The small town of Craon is within walking distance from the park, and you can do your shopping at the market (on Monday mornings) or at the U supermarket in the town centre. For larger purchases, a super U is located on the outskirts of the town as well as a Leclerc drive. Several restaurants are also within walking distance of the gîte, including the “crêperie du château” less than 5 minutes away.

Rates: From 150€ per night – 2 nights minimum.
